He backed up all of my files on two computers to an external hard drive, installed my Microsoft Windows 7 Platinum Upgrade, restored my pre-existing files, and increased the speed on my old Sony Vaio desktop by removing invisible temporary files accumulated over a nine year period. I subsequently asked him for a return visit the following week for advice on a critical information system decision which saved me from mistakenly committing to an expensive proposition which was ill advised based upon his independent research on my behalf.
